New Hawaii Vacation Rentals Website Looks To Take Over The Market!

This blog is all about Hawaii, and everyday I scour the web to find websites related to the magical islands. Today, I stumbled upon Dreamrentalshawaii.com. This website is a brand new online database dedicated to helping visitors to the Islands find their perfect Hawaii Vacation Rentals.

What makes this site so appealing, other than the sheer beauty and simplicity of it, is that it's one of the first sites to dedicate their services strictly to Hawaii rentals. Simple menus, and easy to read pages makes it a force to be reckoned with. The site is simple in nature, helping people looking for a vacation rental to link up with vacation home owners. The rentals on the site are broken up into the following categories: Oahu vacation rentals, Maui vacation rentals, Big Island vacation rentals, and Kauai vacation rentals. When you click one of these categories, your whisked away to a page showing all the properties that owners have posted. Easy as pie!

 Another wonderful thing about the site is that it is not littered with advertisements. They are strictly a subscription based site. The owners of vacation rentals pay a small fee (cheaper than similar sites) to list their properties on dreamrentalshawaii.com. Another perk is that all the listings must be approved by the websites moderators before they go live, which means the information is accurate and up to date.

When I visited the site, it just went live, which means there are not very many properties listed as of yet. But that looks to change very fast, as dreamrentalshawaii.com is offering the first 10 people from EACH ISLAND their first 2 months worth of listings free. Sounds great to me!

To me, one of the best things about Hawaii, is the different types of foods you will encounter. Most are absolutely delicious, but there are some that make me cringe. But today, we will be discussing one particular food that Hawaiian's pride themselves for. The Hawaii Macadamia Nuts! Macadamia nuts are great, and they are in plenty of Hawaiian foods. My favorite is the Mac Nut Salad. Think potato salad, but instead of potatoes, it's made with macadamia nuts! Macadamia nuts have been part of the Hawaii culture for a long time, and used to be Hawaii's main food export. But as days go by, things change, and macadamia nut farms have slowly dwindled away. However, there is one Macadamia nut farm that flourishes on the Big Island, and to me, produces the absolute best tasting nuts this side of the ocean. Ahualoa Farms has been a large part of the Big Island farmers market for years now, making a name for themselves with the locals as the producers of the best tasting Hawaii Macadamia nuts. And now, they have opened up a brand new online store, so they can offer their tasty treats to the world. Move over Mauna Loa nuts...there's new macadamia nut competition, right in your back yard.
